CAIRO – 29 July 2017: For the pride of lifestyle we celebrate the fashion icon and journalist Diana Vreeland through the quote of the day.

"Fashion is part of the daily air and it changes all the time, with all the events. You can even see the approaching of a revolution in clothes. You can see and feel everything in clothes."

Vreeland was born on July 29, 1903 and died on August 22, 1989. She started her career at Harper’s Bazaar in 1936. In 1962 she began working for Vogue magazine.

She was a powerful voice in fashion and used to identify upcoming trends such as the Bikini swimsuit.
