CAIRO - 29 March 2019: Emirati mega star Hussein al-Jasmi expressed his happiness and pride for reviving the artistic concerts held on the Grand Theater of the Egyptian Opera House on March 27.

Jasmi uploaded pictures of himself on Twitter performing on stage, commenting; "I am proud and happy to stand on the historical stage of the Egyptian Opera House and perform a selection of the songs that have a special place in my heart."

The concert was attended by numerous members of the Gulf community residing in Egypt as well as a wide base of Egyptian fans. Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem and singer Ghada Ragab were in attendance.

Jasmi performed several songs in the concert, including “Bahebek Wahashtini” (I love and miss you), “Ahla Esm Fel Wogood” (Best name in the world), “Ama Barawa” and other songs performed in the Arabian Gulf dialect.
