Rising musical trio launches "KAF" project

CAIRO - 20 February 2019: The trio, poet Amr Hassan, singer Ahmed Fawzi and composer Karim Gohar, launched an official page on Facebook for their new musical project KAF.



The project’s idea began in 2018. The trio is planning to reproduce historical music and present it in new styles by integrating poetry with a variety of musical styles.

Karim Gohar previously composed the theme music of the series’ “Adam and Gamila”, “El-Khate’a” (The sin) and “El-Shereet el-Ahmar” (Red Band), which all gained the recognition of audiences and critics.
