Cairo Book Fair's Puppet Theater witnesses high participation

CAIRO - 29 January 2019: Cairo International Book Fair's Puppet Theater witnessed great participation from children and parents who enjoyed watching the shows held on the theater of the festival’s 50th edition.

The theater features several plays including the "Butterflies", "Rabbit and Fox" and various other puppet shows.

The supervisor of the shows said: "The shows are renewed daily as we sometimes notice the same children coming every day. We are also keen to try to help some of them discover their talents.”

One of the participating children, Saja, commented: “A general questions section for children is presented during the shows and prizes are granted for those who answer correctly.”

May Hussein, one of the parents, said “I admire this place. The shows spread positive vibes and indirectly teach the children many useful things."
