Famous Ramadan series star has a message to his viewers

CAIRO - 1 June 2017: Youssef El Sherif, star of the Ramadan series Kafr Delhab, urged his viewers on Thursday to not waste their time on watching television series during the holy month of Ramadan, calling on them instead to enjoy the religious spirituality of the month.

“It is fine if you watch Kafr Delhab in your free time, but it is wrong to allow the series to clash with your will to enjoy and make the most of the holy days,” said Sherif on his official Twitter account.

He also added that it is not worth missing prayers during Ramadan to watch a series.
Directed by Ahmed Nader Galal, Kafr Delhab revolves around a community practicing magic in an old village in a distant past.
