CAIRO – 29 December 2018: Renowned Egyptian singer Sherine Abdel Wahab and Tunisian singer Saber El Robaey will perform on New Year’s Eve, Dec. 31, 2018, in support of Egyptian tourism. The live performance will be at one of Cairo’s hotels overlooking the Nile.

The company responsible for organizing the mega concert declared that the concert is prepared to help boost tourism in Egypt and to offer the audience an astounding, enjoyable musical program.

The concert hall can host a total number of 3,000 individuals. A projector will display the show on the interface of the old Meridian Hotel, to enjoy the concert moment by moment.
Abdel Wahab is an Egyptian singer, actress, TV host and a former judge on MBC's “The Voice”. She is considered one of the most prominent female artists locally and in the Pan-Arab region.

Abdel Wahab has released a plethora of successful songs, including “Masha’aer’’ (Emotions), "Albi Leek" (My Heart is For You), “GarhTany” (Another Wound), “LazemAyesh” (I Have to Survive) and “Batmenak” (I Am Assuring You) among others.

She acted in only one movie, “MidoMashakel” (Troublemaker Mido), alongside Egyptian megastar Ahmed Helmy. Her only soap opera, “Tare’y” (My Path), was released in 2015 and achieved great success.

Abdel Wahab is famous for her emotional, melodious voice that has a significant touch of intimacy. She is consistently hailed as one of the most talented and successful singers of her generation, often dubbed as “The Queen of Emotions” for her popular romantic ballads.

Abdel Wahab released her latest album “Nasai” (Forgetful) on October 8, which falls on her birthday.




El Robaey is a popular pan-Arab singer and composer who started his career in 2004. He started to be known after releasing his first video clip “Sidi Mansour.” El Robaey performed a number of concerts in Europe, USA, Australia, Palestine, and South Korea. He also performed in the Olympia in Paris, Carthage, and Cairo.
