CAIRO – 29 September 2018: Post the great success achieved by Egyptian artist Abu's song “3 Dakkat” (Three Heartbeats), in which he performed with Egyptian super star Yousra, Abu is now preparing for his new song “Sherbet”.

Abu’s new music clip is directed by Mariam Abou Ouf, the director of "3 Dakkat".

“Sherbet” is a romantic song, talking about Abu's country, Egypt. The young singer along with the director are hoping that their new project will gain the same success as the previous hit; “3 Dakkat”.

Abu is an Egyptian songwriter/ singer who gained acclaim for his street slick writing and his soft rock music.

Abu's song “Talat Dakkat” ranks the 1st trending video on YouTube after only five days from its release in September, 2017.

The song for every mood, “Talat Dakkat”, which gathered super stars of different generations, came on top of every playlist and a source of happiness to its listeners.

It all began and ended in Gouna, when Mohamed Abou El-Enien, known as Abou, met with the talented script writer Tamer Habib – coincidentally earlier in Gouna – and Abou introduced the idea to him. Four hours later, lyrics were ready to be composed.

Yousra’s participation in the song was Abou’s wish, and when Tamer Habib called her, she didn’t express excitement. But as soon as she heard the lyrics, she fell in love, as she described herself, saying, “I have a youthful heart.”

When Naguib Sawiris heard the song, he insisted on shooting a video clip for it in its birthplace of El Gouna, advising people in different moods to listen to the song.

Abou described the atmosphere that they worked in with “A Loving Overflow”, saying that this explains why people feel love when they listen to it.
