Egypt to participate Amman International Book Fair from Sept. 26 to Oct. 6

CAIRO – 24 August 2018: Chairman of the General Egyptian Book Organization, Haitham Al-Haj Ali, held a meeting on Tuesday to prepare for Egypt’s participation in the 18th edition of the Amman International Book Fair as a guest honor, official sources told Egypt Today.

The Amman International Book Fair is scheduled to be held from Sept. 26 to Oct. 6.

The Jordanian Publishers Union (JPU) Chairman Fathi Al Biss had announced in his speech to the opening session of the 2017 fair on Oct. 5, 2017 that Egypt was selected as the guest honor for the fair’s 18th edition.

In its 17th edition, the Amman International Book Fair, organized by the Jordanian Publishers Union (JPU) in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture, selected the United Arab Emirates as the guest of honor.
