Songs in support of Egyptian national team at World Cup

CAIRO – 12 June 2018: Four days until the opening of the FIFA 2018 World Cup in Russia where the Egyptian national football team will be participating after an absence of 28 years.


All Egyptians, including artists, are celebrating, each in his own way.


Stars like Mohammed Adawiya, Essam Karika, Tamer Hosny and Mahmoud el Esseily made sure they all share their happiness with Egyptians by releasing songs that were specially made for the event:


Mohammed Adawiya

Adawiya and his son Ahmed released a new song named “Nas Men Baladna” (People from our country) in a video clip supporting our national team.


The song is composed and written by Aziz al Shafe’e and distributed by Ahmed Ibrahim.


It is worth noting that the song has already achieved much success among all football enthusiasts, and has been shared heavily on social media platforms.


Tamer Hosny

“Om el Donya” (Mother of all nations) is another great song performed by Tamer Hosny in a promotional video for one of the soft drink companies that sponsors the national team in the 2018 World Cup.


Amina – Mahmoud al Laithy – Essam Karika

The three stars performed a song together showing their love and support to the national team; the song will be released on the first day of Eid Al Fitr (Muslim celebration).


Ahmed Sheeba – Mahmoud el Esseily – Zab Tharwat

The trio joined forces to release “Nogaded Helmena” (Reviving our dream) which is written by Yomna and Mahmoud el Esseily and composed by Mahmoud el Esseily.


Furthermore, Eman el Bahr Darwish also performed a song especially for the event, celebrating the national team’s participation. The song will be released in mid-June.


In addition, Hamada Helal is preparing a new song, to be released for the event, named “Regalet Baladna” (Our countrymen).


Last but not least, mega stars Amr Diab and Mohamed Hamaki are going to fly to Russia to perform live in support of our beloved national team.
