CAIRO – 23 November 2017: Syrian famous singer Faia Younan will be performing live at The Chinese Garden in Cairo on December 9.

Entitled "Baynatna Fi Bahr", Younan's first album released in 2016. She is considered one of the best rising voices in the Middle East. It is believed that she is one of the upcoming Arab singing icons.

Being popular among social media users, her “Ohob Yadaik” [I Love your Hands] song was financed through the internet.

After releasing "Le Belady" [To My Country] featured her sister Rihan, Younan's international fame started as it is dedicated to war-torn countries, besides the song was translated into many languages and podcasted in various European schools.

Younan performed in various venues such as Cairo Opera House, Damascus Opera House, Bibliotheca Alexandrina and Odean Theater.

Her musical style characterized by combining oriental melodies with recent musical trends.

For the first time, Younan participated in 17th Le Festival Du Monde Arabe De Montreal on November 9.

Two months ago, Younan toured around major Syrian cities such as Aleppo, and Damascus.
