CAIRO – 18 October 2017: The renowned Moroccan singer Samira Saeed will perform in the closing ceremony of Alexandria International Song Festival in Bibliotheca Alexandrina on Friday, October 20.

Saeed is expected to present a selection of her latest successful songs like "Mahaslesh Haga" (Nothing Happened), "Ayza Aeesh" (I Want to Live), "Hawa Hawa" (Air) among others.

Alexandria International Song Festival kicked off on Friday, October 13. The festival started its events with a concert dedicated to the veteran Egyptian singer Medhat Saleh.


In addition, four foreign, Arab and Egyptian musical troupes participated in the festival. They toured the different Alexandrian districts and performed their songs in the presence of a number of international news agencies, sending a message to the whole world that Egypt is able to provide art in various forms despite all the difficult circumstances.

The revenues of the festival's concerts are fully dedicated to the associations of the disabled.
