CIC grants Al-Jassmi honorary PhD

CAIRO- 17 October – 2017 : The Canadian International College (CIC) in Cairo affiliated to Cape Breton University in Canada granted the heartthrob Emirati singer Hussein Al-Jassmi and the veteran Egyptian actor Yehia Al-Fakharany honorary PhDs in the same conference.

“I am so proud to receive such an honour along with the great actor Yehia Al-Fakharany. What Egypt gives to Arabs is more than what we offer it,’’ said Jasmi after receiving the Honorary degree.

Jasmi posted a selfie photo on his Instagram account with Fakharany, the renowned mass communication professor Maggie al-Halawany and some of the university officials captioned ‘’the honorary PhD selfie, thanks to god and thanks to the Canadian International College in Cairo.’’
