Kurt Cobain documentary 'Montage of Heck' to screen at Cinema Magnolia

CAIRO – 7 October 2017: The documentary ‘Montage of Heck’ (2015), on late American singer Kurt Cobain will be screening at Magnolia.Leaves of Art in Zamalek on October 9.

Directed by Brett Morgan, the documentary revolves around the life and career of the famous band leader for Nirvana. It starts from the beginning of musical journey, his integration with Nirvana, and his eventual collapse and death by drug overdose. The documentary utilizes Cobain’s artwork, home movies, journals and photographs to paint an intimate picture of his life, including never-before-seen footage.

Montage of Heck was nominated for 7 Primetime Emmys awards.
