CAIRO – 19 August 2017: Minister of Culture Helmy El Namnam witnessed a variety of children’s art works empowered by the House of Egyptian Architecture Summer Festival during the closing ceremony on Friday.
The festival was mainly focused on children and youth. The festival was provided with a number of activities such as painting and theatre.
The closing ceremony included an exhibition of the participants’ works, in addition to the performance of three sketches.
The performed sketches were written and directed by the young participants.
El Namnam praised the talents of the children who introduced artistic pieces and acting. He also praised the quality of the workshops.
The House of Egyptian Architecture Summer Festival lasted for three days, it contained many exhibitions on Egyptian society, the Egyptian culture, traditions and customs.
It also organized a number of workshops in architectural models, painting, storytelling and creating puppets.
