Antiquities: Encroachments on Abu Sefein Church removed

CAIRO - 16 August 2017: All the existing encroachments on the Abu Sefein archaeological church in old Cairo were removed on Wednesday by the Ministry of Antiquities according to a previous decision no.303.

The infringements consisted of new three rooms built over the church, head of the Islamic, Coptic and Jewish Monuments Department at the Ministry Saeed Helmy said
