CAIRO, March 28 (MENA) – Finance Minister Mohamed Maait has reaffirmed that Egypt can combat the novel coronavirus and overcome this crisis thanks to its wise political leadership and united people.

He praised on Saturday sincere efforts exerted by all personnel working in tax, real estate and customs sectors as well financial controllers at hospitals and all administrative bodies to serve their homeland.

The minister also lauded great efforts made by all workers of the Ministry of Finance and its affiliated bodies to help the State overcome such exceptional circumstances.

Maait added that all workers of these sectors along with the armed forces, police and health sector's personnel and doctors aim to carry out the State plan to contain the COVID-19 and protect the lives of all Egyptians.
