Foreign investment in Egypt treasuries hits $20B at end of August

CAIRO - 12 September 2019: Foreign investment in Egyptian treasuries reached $20 billion by the end of August, Finance Minister Mohamed Maiit said on Wednesday.

Foreign investment in Egyptian government debt instruments was $19.2 billion at the end of June. The July figure was not immediately available.
