Egypt's bourse gains EGP 8.1 billion

CAIRO – 19 Nov 2018: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) indexes drew back at the close of Monday's trading.

In spite of the contraction, the market capital gained EGP 8.1 billion to reach EGP 799.5 billion, amid transactions that hit EGP 1.38 billion.

The EGX 30 benchmark index dropped by 0.45% to close at 13,906.31 points.

The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) decreased by 1.33% to register 689.02 points, and the broader index EGX-100 went down 1.11% to reach 1,733.13 points.
