KUWAIT - 7 November 2018: Kuwaiti Trade and Industry Minister Khaled Al Roudan said on Wednesday Kuwaiti investors are willing to increase investments in Egypt.

Roudan told MENA Kuwait is Egypt's fourth biggest investor with more than 40 companies operating in Egypt.

Radwan was speaking on the sidelines of his participation in the first Egyptian-Kuwaiti cooperation forum held under the slogan "Brotherly Partners".

The forum aims at shedding light on investment opportunities in Egypt and Kuwait in a bid to increase the volume of trade exchange, currently estimated at 500 million dollars, he said.

He termed as excellent his meeting with his Egyptian counterpart Amr Nassar, saying they agreed to iron out all hurdles blocking trade between the two countries.

Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al Mubarak Al Hamad Al Sabah opened the forum aiming at supporting the Egyptian economy and the development plans adopted by Egypt in order to encourage foreign investors to pump more investments into Egypt.
