Obour Land profits increase 50% in 2017

CAIRO – 18 March 2018: Obour Land for Food Industries (OLFI) marked a 50 percent growth in 2017‘s net profit, according to a filling to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

According to the financial indicators, the company recorded a net profit of LE 243 million in 2017, compared to LE 162 million in 2016.

Revenues increased 42 percent to reach LE 2.06 billion in 2017, compared to LE 1.45 billion in the previous year.

The company achieved a net profit margin of 12 percent for 2017 due to the management’s price migration strategy, according to the financial indicators.

Obour Land for Food Industries is an Egyptian manufacturer specialized in the production, processing and packaging of white cheese.
