Egypt aims to raise gas output to 6.2 bcf/d by next June - REUTERS

CAIRO - 1 November 2017: Egypt's Petroleum Minister Tarek el-Mollah headed on Wednesday for Cyprus on a two-day visit.

While in Nicosia, Mollah will have talks with senior officials there on cooperation in the gas production field.

Egypt and Cyprus had clinched an agreement to extend a pipeline to channel gas from the Cypriot economic zone into the Egyptian zone for local consumption or exportation.
