Misr Italia launches Kai Sahel project

CAIRO – 27 July 2017: Local real estate developer Misr Italia launched new project in the North Coast, Kai Sahel, with LE 5 billion ($279 million) in investments.

Kai Sahel project was planned with the help of Callison RTKL and DMA for Design & Engineering Consultancy, the company said in a Wednesday statement.

Reserving residential units in the first phase of the project will be open during the last week of July, with the first phase to be delivered by 2021, CEO of Misr Italia Mohamed Hany al-Assal said.

Misr Italia Group announced in late 2015 that they will launch a project in the North Coast with investments between LE 15-20 billion.
