In the same context, Head of the Media Syndicate Hamdy al Konaysi on Tuesday Nov. 27 underlined the depth of relations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Konaysi added in a statement that the Egyptian State and people are supporting Saudi Arabia in the face of conspiracies that are plotted by the powers of evil seeking to undermine the Saudi security and stability.

He urged the Egyptian media people to be aware of the plot against the Arab nation and to defend the Arab causes.

Additionally, Saudi writer Meshaal Aba Al Wadaa Al Harbi said that Egyptian-Saudi relations in the era of Egyptian President Abdel-Fatah al-Sisi get stronger day by day.

In his editorial that was published in the Kuwaiti "Al-Seyassah" newspaper Nov.13, Harbi said that ties between Cairo and Riyadh are time-honored and eternal.

It is etched in the memory of all Egyptians that Saudi Arabia backed Egypt in its war against Israeli in 1973 after it cut off oil supply to countries supporting Israel, topped by the United States, he added.
