CAIRO 27 July 2018: India's Ambassador to Egypt Rahul Kulshreshth on Friday said that relations with Egypt have been witnessing a fast-paced growth at all levels throughout the recent years.

In statements to MENA, the ambassador said that exchange of visits by officials of both countries reflects the momentum of the ties and eagerness to push forward cooperation at all levels.

As for trade exchange, Kulshreshth described it as better in comparison with the past year, pointing out to the keenness of Indian companies to pump investments in Egypt.

India's investments in Egypt stand at nearly three billion dollar, the ambassador said.

He highlighted the eagerness of Indian tourists to visit Egypt.

Meanwhile, the Indian envoy hailed mega projects being implemented in Egypt, namely the New Administrative Capital and the Suez Canal axis.
