CAIRO – 25 November 2017: Following the Quartet’s declaration of a new terror list, Qatar specified 75 million riyals to carry out a series of terror attacks inside the UAE and Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Okaz newspaper reported on Saturday.

Qatari terrorist Saad Al-Faqih pledged to provide logistical equipment for these terrorist operations in cooperation with the regime of Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani.

Doha sought to recruit mercenaries from Kenya and Somalia to carry out these targeted operations, including terrorist Mohammad Atm, member of the Mujahideen Youth Movement, which is listed in the third list of terrorism announced by the quartet countries. This came a few days after the United States warned its citizens from traveling to Saudi Arabia.

Since June 5, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates have turned on Qatar with a complete air and trade boycott over allegations of its support and sponsorship of terrorism. Doha denies those allegations.

Following the Arab boycott of Doha, a list of 13 demands was handed to Doha’s government by Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Bahrain for reconciliation, which includes the closing of Al Jazeera broadcasting and the suspension of its cozy relationship with the extremist government of Iran.
Recently, the Quartet issued a statement naming the International Islamic Coordinating Council and the World Union for Muslim Scholars as a terrorist organizations, along with another 11 individuals.
