CAIRO - 12 July 2017: The Fatwa monitoring observatory of Darul Iftaa exposed on Tuesday Daesh terrorist plan to mount its operations after its crushing defeat in Syria's Raqqa and Iraq's Mosul cities.

In a report, the observatory said that Daesh "Lone Wolf" terrorists mastered to a great extent the hit-and-run and hiding tactics, a matter that makes it difficult to encounter the group and pursue its elements.

The terrorist Daesh organization has highly-qualified cadres who can surf the internet and use social networking sites to recruit new elements, employ sleeper cells and launch terrorist operations, the observatory added.

It also warned against Daesh's expansion strategy by recruiting Al Qaeda and Taliban fighters in Afghanistan, in addition to its supporters in Pakistan.

Boko Haram strongholds in northern Nigeria and border areas with Cameroon, Chad and Niger could be Daesh new strongholds, the observatory cautioned.
