Scorching heat hits Egypt; Cairo sees highs of 40°C

CAIRO - 2 July 2017: Experts expect that Saturday is hot and humid on northern coasts and very hot in the other regions in the morning and cool at night.

Cairo sees highs of 40°C and lows of 26°C on Sunday, while on the Mediterranean coast, Alexandria sees 34°C and 26°C respectively, and Marsa Matrouh sees 33°C and 22°C.
Medium and low clouds cover the northern coasts.
