CAIRO, July 9 (MENA) - Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli stressed the government's keenness on establishing a mechanism for assessing capabilities of governmental employees and competitions.

He made the remarks on Tuesday while opening a center for assessing capabilities and competitions. The center is affiliated to the Central Agency For Organization and Administration.

He added that the mechanism will be operated without the human compenent to ensure the highest levels of transparency and justice.

Meanwhile, the head of the Central Agency For Organization and Administration, Saleh el Sheikh, said the center will entrench the principle of equal opportunities for employment, training and promotion.

It will also embrace good governance principles and lure the best cadres to serve at the state's administrative body.

He noted that needed database was secured for the mechanism which was piloted by examining some employees in several governmental institutions.
