CAIRO - 23 June 2019: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly departed to Germany on Sunday heading a delegation that comprises 130 individuals, including ministers and members of the Egyptian Junior Business Association, to attend the 22nd Arab-German Business Forum.

The event will take place in Berlin on June 24 - 27. The talks will address the possible German-Arab cooperation in the sectors of logistics, transportation, financial services, infrastructure, and housing.

Discussions will also cover experience exchange in the fields of industrial transformation, advanced industrial technology, and best practices to empower entrepreneurs and SMEs. Participants will examine the potential mechanisms that can boost industrial development and strengthen the role of free zones in supporting that sector.

In October, Secretary General of the Union of Arab Chambers (UAC) Khaled Hanafy announced that the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GACIC)’s executive bureau decided that Egypt would be a guest of honor at the 22nd German-Arab Business Forum.
