ANKARA, June 16 (MENA) - A Turkish army observation site was attacked in Syria's northwestern governorate of Idlib, the Turkish Defense Ministry said on Sunday.

Though no causalities were reported, significant damage resulted from the attack, Sky News quoted the ministry as saying.

Three similar attacks took place in May near a Turkish military observation point in Idlib. At that time, Ankara confirmed the attacks were launched from areas controlled by Syrian regime forces.
