CAIRO, April 16 (MENA) - The Cabinet information center on Tuesday denied reports about selling 17 archaeological artifacts in Christie's Auction Hall in the US.

The center said in a report that it contacted the Ministry of Antiquities which denied the reports.

The ministry confirmed that the State is keen on preserving all Egyptian antiquities and these reports are rumors.

The ministry has made sure that the hall did not put any Egyptian artifacts for sale, added the center.
