CAIRO – 26 February 2019: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, along with newly appointed Housing Minister Asem al-Gazzar, witnessed on Monday the concrete foundations pour of Africa's tallest skyscraper in Egypt's New Administrative Capital.

Hisham said that the tower will be composed of 250 floors, including luxurious apartments, amusement parks, international shopping centers, cafés, cinemas and recreation areas.

In a TV interview, Hisham said that the tower features a Pharaonic design, and that it will be one of the most important modern landmarks in Egypt. She added that the tower will include an integrated community; business centers, a medical city, and educational assemblies.
