MANAMA, 28 Dec 2018: The Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Friday strongly condemned a terror attack that targeted a tourist bus in Egypt's Giza.

The ministry expresses its deep-felt condolences and consolation to the families and relatives of the victims of this heinous terrorist crime, a statement quoted by the country's official news agency read.

"Bahrain affirms full solidarity with Egypt in its efforts to combat violence and terrorism of all forms and vows support to its efforts to enhance security and peace," it added.

"The ministry reiterates the Kingdom's steadfast stance in renunciation of terrorism and stresses the need for concerted efforts to eradicate this dangerous phenomenon," it concluded.

Two were dead and 12 others were injured in the explosion, which occurred in Haram district.
