CAIRO - 15 November 2018: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued decree no. 329 of 2018, approving a 530-million-dollar loan agreement between the Egyptian government and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) to improve public healthcare system in Egypt.

The agreement was signed on July 10, 2018.

The decree was published in the gazette out Thursday.
