CAIRO – 3 November 2018: Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark Diocese asserted on Friday that terror attack on Copts are aggression on all Egyptians.

He was commenting on a terror attack that occurred earlier today in Minya, leaving 14 people dead and injured.

"The most valuable thing we have is our unity and solidarity," the pontiff said a prepared speech.

He thanked President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi who phoned him earlier, asserting his confidence in all state officials.

The Pope offered condolences to the victims’ families and thanked all ministers over their efforts after the attack.
