ALEXANDRIA, Egypt - 23 October 2018: Egypt has unanimously won the chairmanship of the executive bureau of the Council of Arab Transport Ministers 2019-2020 during elections held on Tuesday at the 31st ordinary session of the council and the 61st session of its executive bureau.

Saudi Arabia has been elected as vice chair of the executive bureau.

Members of the council's executive bureau were elected for the council for 2019-2020.

The participants praised the active and positive role played by Egypt in the transport sector in the Arab world during its previous chairmanship of the executive bureau.
