HURGHADA - 16 October 2018: Red Sea Governor Ahmed Abdullah and Egypt's Ambassador to Serbia Amr el Guwaili met with Serbian Ambassador to Egypt Yugoslav Vukadinovic and Head of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Egypt Dubravka Filipovski.

They were accompanied by a delegation of Egyptian businessmen investing in Serbia.

During the meeting, Filipovski asserted the depth of political ties between Egypt an Serbia, the Red Sea Governorate said in a statement on Monday.

It added that the visit of the Egyptian delegation pushes forward the economic relations between both countries.

In the meantime, Abdullah lauded the historic ties between Egypt and Serbia, adding that Egypt is looking forward to more cooperation in the economic fields.

Abdullah added that his meetings with Serbian ministers of trade and tourism were positive and fruitful.

Meanwhile, Guwaili said that the Egyptian-Serbian ties witness swift progress in the different domains.
