MOSCOW - 15 October 2018: Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi arrived on Monday on a three-day visit to Russia for talks with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
The summit will tackle boosting bilateral relations and other issues of mutual interest.
The talks come as part of strategic partnership between the two countries.
Sisi will also hold talks with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and other senior officials on boosting economic cooperation.
Sisi is scheduled to deliver a speech before the Russian Federation Council, the upper house of the Federal Assembly. This is the first time for a foreign leader to deliver a speech at the council.
