CAIRO – 13 MAY 2017: Egypt will see another heat wave starting Sunday, where Cairo temperature will record 39 °C during the day, according to the Egyptian Meteorological Authority.

The wave may last for four days, with expectations to persist and recur over spring time until June 21.

Chairman of the Meteorology Authority Ahmed Abdel-Aal pointed that the reason for this rise in temperature is the air mass coming from the Arabian Desert or Sudan.

The maximum temperature in Cairo Saturday is 35°C.
