Nigeria failing to tackle religious violence in its “Middle Belt” – U.S. agency
CAIRO - 2 May 2018: Egypt denounced the twin bomb blasts in a mosque as worshipers gathered for afternoon prayers and a marketplace in the town of Mubi in Adamawa State in Nigeria on Tuesday that left at least 60 people killed and others injured.
In a statement released on Wednesday, the Foreign Ministry expressed deep condolences to the families of the victims and asserted support to the government and people of Nigeria.
Such heinous terrorist operations will never affect the will of the Nigerian people to confront terror that aims at security and stability everywhere, the statement said.
