CAIRO - 20 March 2018: Prime Minister Sherif Ismail on Tuesday said that his government is keen on promoting relations with Lebanon.

At a meeting with newly-appointed Lebanese Ambassador here Ali Halaby, Ismail said the Egyptian government is working to remove all obstacles for businessmen operating in Egypt.

For his part, Halaby said that Egypt is passing through an economic progress thanks to the strenuous efforts exerted by the Egyptian government in the domain of sustainable development.

He expressed hope for pushing up bilateral relations and economic cooperation in various domains.
