Egypt, France conclude joint maritime exercises in Red Sea

CAIRO - 17 March 2018: Units of the Egyptian and French naval forces concluded on Saturday joint maritime exercises in the Red Sea.

The several-day exercises included marine survey and conducting naval drills.

The Egyptian and French forces carried out anti-terrorism and maritime security exercises, the Armed Forces said in a statement.

The joint exercises come within the framework of cooperation between the Egyptian and French armed forces.
