Warm weather to hit Egypt on Friday

CAIRO - 2 March 2018: The Egyptian Meteorological Authority expects warm weather on Friday on the Northern part of the country, with partial increase in Upper Egypt temperatures during the day, and a decline in temperature during the night.

As for the Mediterranean, the sea is moderate, with a wavelength ranging from one to 1.5 meters. Surface winds are southeasterly.

For the Red Sea, waves are moderate also, with wavelengths ranging from one to 1.5 meters and Northwesterly surface winds.


Temperature grades in some governorates are (in degrees Celsius); Cairo (26 day, 15 night), Alexandria, (23 day, 12 night), Sharm el-Sheikh (28 day, 18 night), Hurghada (27 day, 16 night), Luxor (30 day, 13 night), Aswan (31 day, 14 Night).
