TANTA - 27 February 2018: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi inaugurated over the past two years 35 hospitals at a total cost of LE 4.2 billion, Minister of Health Ahmed Emad el Din said Tuesday.

Thirty-two more hospitals will be opened in 2018 at a rate of one per week, the minister added at the inauguration ceremony of Samannoud central hospital in Gharbiya governorate.

The Samannoud hospital was established at a cost of LE115 million, Emad el Din said, noting that the hospital contains the most up-to-date devices to provide an excellent medical service for Samannoud residents and those of neighboring towns.
