CAIRO - 20 February 2018: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi received heads of African constitutional and high courts on Tuesday who are taking part in a conference that is organized by the Egyptian Constitutional Court in Cairo.

The president voiced his appreciation of the heads of African courts, said Presidential Spokesman Ambassador Bassam Radi.

Sisi further underlined the importance of the constitutional courts in Egypt and other African countries, added the spokesman.

Constitutional courts are important for the development process in Africa in their capacity as pillars of stability and justice, the spokesman quoted the president as saying.

The president also expressed Egypt's readiness to extend all assistance possible to African courts in an effort to help enhance information exchange, added the spokesman.
