CAIRO – 25 April 2017: Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi arrives in Ismailia Tuesday to attend the third round of the National Youth Conference to take place from April 25 to 27.

The conference kicks off with a maritime demonstration, followed by the opening session which starts at 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

The first day, which comes in conjunction with the celebration of Sinai Liberation Day, includes a talk in commemoration of the historical event as well as a presentation of stories of heroism from the canal cities. This would be ensued by an art performance.

Sisi later takes the podium, following a presentation about the conference and a movie screening, entitled “Create and Kick off!”.

The third round of the National Youth Conference gathers over a thousand youths from different governorates, along with a number of ministers, parliament members and public figures.

The conference was launched in October 2016, and it is set to be held every three months to provide effective communication channels between the Egyptian government and Egyptian youth across the country.
