Israel arrests 24 Palestians from West Bank, Jerusalem

RAMALLAH - 11 January 2018: Israeli forces arrested late Wednesday and early Thursday 24 Palestinians from the West Bank and Jerusalem and referred them to interrogation.

Among them, are five members of Tamimi family northwest of Ramallah, Wadi Hilweh Information Center said.

On December 19, Ahed Tamimi, a 16-year-old Palestinian girl, was arrested over slapping and kicking Israeli soldiers.

Ahed Tamimi's case has made the headlines of international media.

Israeli forces also detained 12 Palestinians in Jerusalem, including the head of the Prisoners Club in Jerusalem, alongside seven others in the West Bank city of Jenin.
