Sisi extends State of emergency

CAIRO - 2 January 2017: Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi issued Tuesday an order to extend the State of emergency in Egypt for 3 months starting from Saturday, January 13.

The Presidential decree tasks Security and Military forces to take all measures in order to protect the State from terrorism threats and preserve Citizens and national properties.
