RAMALLAH- 29 December 2017: Israeli occupation forces on Thursday arrested two Palestinians after the eruption of violent clashes on the outskirts of the occupied city of Al Quds (Jerusalem).

Eyewitnesses said the troops fired tear gas and canister bombs on Qalandia refugee camp in northern Al Quds, and in return the Palestinian youths hurled them with stones.

Meanwhile, violent clashes which broke out in Enata town in northeastern Al Quds late Wednesday reportedly continued till the early hours of Thursday.

Palestinian youths set car tires on fire to prevent the Israeli troops from pushing deep into the town, and the soldiers responded by firing gas bombs on them.

Also, Essawiya town in central Al Quds witnessed violent clashes which extended to the towns of Abu Deis and Ezarriyah in the outskirts of Al Quds.
