Security official denies statistics on terrorist attacks in Egypt

CAIRO - 26 December 2017: An official security source denied on Tuesday the Interior Ministry's issuance of any statistics on the terrorist attacks that took place in Egypt this year.

The figures aired Monday on a privately-owned TV channel are baseless, the official said, adding that the ministry will take needed measures on that score.
